Dear Sir/Madam.
I am writing on behalf of Belgrave Rugby Football Club. We are entering a new era at Belgrave, we have recently built a new clubhouse on the Pastures (Thurcaston Rd) and now are trying to develop this facility and the rugby club as a whole.

The Belgrave RFC has a long history of providing rugby facilities for the local community and as a member of the committee at Belgrave I am trying to further that aim. The voluntary management committee are focused in trying to improve the facilities for the local community.

Our priorities are as follows:-
* To enable the communities of Belgrave, Beaumont Leys and Birstall to play Rugby as cheaply as possible (Free if we can get the sponsorship).
* To develop the clubhouse as a local community/business facility; utilising the space for the development of Rugby as well as for other uses.

Function Room Facility
* We have a fully functional Kitchen and Bar
* The Club house capacity is 200 person max.
* We have space for 100 person sit down meals.
* The evening hire for non members (includes bar staff) is £150.00.
* There is a day time rate of £15.00 per hour (Staffing TBA).
* We can arrange sit down meals at £15.00 per head and buffets at £4.00+ per head.
* Discos can be arranged £100.00 per evening.
* Licences can be arranged till 12am

To fully develop our goals we need the support of the local Businesses. Unfortunately since the game of Rugby has turned Professional we in the junior leagues have suffered and we are finding it increasingly more difficult to attract sponsorship. We have developed targeted packages for your consideration:-

Company Affiliation(£150.00 per season). For your company to become an affiliated member of Belgrave Rugby Club. This will allow your company use of the function facility, for functions and meetings at members rates (£75.00 for an evening function, inclusive of bar staff and £15 per hour day time staff can be arranged).

Match Day Sponsor (£120 per game) You will select a first team home game. Your sponsorship will provide the match ball, half time player refreshments, after match player meals, the Referees after match hospitality and two jugs of beer for the players. You and your guest will be provided with liquid refreshments.

Kit Sponsor (£500 per season) Your sponsorship will provide a full kit of 20 shirts + bag. (You will have to provide your own Logo, which will be made into a Badge and sown next to our bar sponsor Carlsberg Tetley). You will be provided with a framed photograph of the players in their shirts. (Other kit is required and this option can provide for that).

Lunch Sponsor (£400 per Luncheon) Your sponsorship will provide a three-course pre match luncheon for designated groups (Vice presidents etc..). We will sell tickets for these luncheons to the designated groups. You will have your own table which seats ten people to invite guests of your choice.

Event Sponsor (£300 per Event) Your sponsorship will provide and evening’s entertainment (e.g. Race Night, Millionaires Evening etc.) We will sell tickets to these functions. You and a guest will be invited as guests of honour.

Publicity Material (£300 per season) This sponsorship will enable us to professionally print advertising and logos to promote the sponsors who associate with the Belgrave Rugby Club. This package will also support our Web site costs. This material will be on show at all functions first team home games and on our web site.

Pitch Side Advertising (£300 per season) Your sponsorship will produce a pitch side advertising which will be seen every first team home game. (Repeat seasons will be charged at £200).

Club Sponsor (Give what you can) Your donation will be receipted and your logo will be on our printed material.

As a sponsor you will be invited to Sponsors lunches where you will enjoy a three-course pre match luncheon plus coffee (£10.00 per head) and then be invited to watch a first team game. The next lunch will be on Saturday 1st of December.

Your logo will be placed on our web site (links can be arranged at a small admin fee) and on our printed luncheon material. (Printed material can only be updated annually).
